Zinedine Zidane has just collected a seventh title with Real Madrid. This makes the French football legend parallel to Vicente del Bosque as the most successful coach at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Zidane appointed Real Madrid coach in the 2015-2016 season. At that time, the former Juventus playmaker was appointed to replace Rafael Benitez who was fired due to declining team performance.

In the early days of his coaching, Zidane has a chance to bring Real Madrid to two titles, the Spanish League and Champions League. Unfortunately, Zidane failed to grab a domestic title despite successfully delivering Los Blancos won the Champions League.

That number makes Zidane equal the record of Del Bosque who served as Real Madrid coach from November 1999 to June 2003.

However, the incision is not the highest as Real Madrid coach. Zidane is still behind Luis Molowny (8 titles) and Miguel Munoz (14).

Opportunity Zidane closest to equate the record of Molowny he can meet in December 2017 in the Club World Cup. Real Madrid is entitled to appear in the competition as defending champions of the Champions League 2016-2017.
